Olive is the founder of GenCare Resources Healthcare; a full-service healthcare company providing medically necessary care to communities in Florida as well as medical staffing throughout the country. A former Human Resources executive, Olive has a broad view of people, culture and diversity in the workplace and has leveraged her HR background in formulating her organization and serving in various capacity within the community. Olive understands that intelligence, skillsets, motivation, diligence are keys to building a solid and diverse workforce and community. Olive is a member of many organizations and is the recipient of many leadership awards including Healthcare Leader of the Year and CEO of the Year. Olive is a consummate volunteer, believing, as was ingrained in her upbringing, everyone has something to give back to the community.

Olive holds a MBA from Rollins College and is graduate of ATHENA PowerLink, Leadership Orlando and Leadership Orlando 2.0

J. Paul Rowe

A calculated risk-taker with deep engineering and entrepreneurial skills. Paul has channeled incentive models and motivated hundreds of employees. He is recognized for leadership roles in various industries. Paul has managed financial planning and budget (with focus on growth) for companies with annual revenues of $5M+, while implementing cost-saving initiatives and productivity tools, including streamlined internal audit procedures.

Paul holds both a Finance degree, and a Civil Engineering degree from London South Bank University.

Shana Wilks is a staffing industry executive with over 15 years of experience providing temporary, permanent and temp to perm recruitment and staffing solutions to clients across all industries nationwide.

She is energetic and works hard for her clients. She has a passion for helping her clients to analyze their business goals, while strategically creating staffing solutions to successfully achieve those goals in order to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Shana has recruitment, business development, branch management and operations experience. She is skilled in building solid relationships and has unmatched business acumen. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that her clients experience minimal staffing gaps.

Shana has a demonstrated history working for notable staffing agencies. Shana has extensive experience across many industries including healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, convention staffing, executive, managerial and industrial.

She holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Argosy University. Shana is an active member of the American Staffing Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
